Release 10 — Guest Prep Page

What shipped

A shareable, personalised guest prep page at `/prep/:token` for every session. The page shows the guest's name, the show cover and host name, the recording date and time, a "Join Recording" button (meeting link), and the topics the host plans to cover. The host can paste a meeting link, toggle the prep page on or off, and regenerate the link (invalidating the old one) from the session Plan tab. Light/dark theme toggle on the prep page with a host-controlled default. Auto-expiry of prep pages 15 days after the scheduled interview date.

Guests who arrive prepared produce better conversations. A personalised prep page replaces the awkward "here's a PDF" email with a clean, branded experience that sets the tone for the recording before it starts.
