Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Convelyn subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevented access to the platform. To request a refund, contact Convelyn support within 7 days of the charge in question.
Founding Member Plans
Founding Member subscriptions are subject to the same cancellation terms as standard subscriptions. The locked-in rate applies for the duration of an active subscription.
