Unified Guest Panel — One Click to the Full CRM View

May 20, 2026 · changelog · 2 min read

Clicking a guest from the Pipeline or Roster now opens the same full-featured panel with Profile, Research, AI Insights, and Pipeline tabs — no more switching between views.

What Changed

Clicking a guest name from either the Pipeline or the Roster now opens the same full-featured slide-over panel. Before this update, the two entry points showed completely different information, forcing you to remember which tab to use depending on what you needed to do.

Before: Clicking a guest in the Pipeline opened a small dialog showing only pipeline actions (status, email tracking, interview date, alignment analysis). Clicking the same guest in the Roster opened a different slide-over with only Profile, Research, and AI Insights — no pipeline actions at all.

Now: Clicking any guest name from either location opens one unified panel with four tabs:

| Tab | What's inside | |---|---| | Profile | Bio, contact info, social links, intake form answers, LinkedIn PDF upload, AI Research button, Sessions & Links | | Research | AI-generated background notes, audience fit, talking points | | AI Insights | Strategic interview prep and conversation angles | | Pipeline | Status selector, confirmation and thank-you email tracking, interview date picker, Intelligence Alignment analysis |

When you click a guest from the Pipeline tab, the panel opens directly on the Pipeline tab so the context is immediately relevant. Free-plan users see the full panel structure with locked sections that show what's available on paid plans.

Why It Matters

You no longer need to remember which tab a piece of information lives in. Everything about a guest — their background, your research, their pipeline status, and every link you need to share — is accessible from a single consistent entry point.
